Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to promote health and inner peace. In a non-competitive environment that encourages self-respect, you will improve your concentration, relaxation, flexibility, energy and vitality while aligning with each pose's true purpose.
